The creation of the LBE: Life & Business Expansion intellectual services agency in the Consulting, Coaching and Recruitment sectors is the result of having led a professional career for over 20 years at an international level. I have worked for a range of different businesses and organisations, and within multi-disciplinary teams, to carry out large-scale projects, which has continually proved to be both a demanding and passionate experience.

Extensive expertise in key business affairs (research and development, strategic and operational marketing, project management, business unit management, sales, purchasing, exports, etc.) combined with the ability and determination to perfectly adapt our services to the needs of our clients (occupation, constraints, culture, teams, objectives) so that we can drive them forward and onto the fast-track to success and excellence is at the basis of the services we offer.

I now have the honour of offering our services to small, medium-sized and large businesses, as well as public bodies in France, and the rest of Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa. I propose to work hand-in-hand with them in order to develop the structure of their organisations, to streamline their methods, to strengthen and refine their development tactics and strategies, to increase their profit margins and client loyalty and, finally, to help them keep their employees feeling motivated and fulfilled on a long-term basis.
